Do not use Fitlyst for anything illegal, harmful, or that risks user safety.

Hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or explicit violent content.
Medical claims, diagnoses, or "guaranteed results."
Dangerous or unsafe training practices.
IP infringement (unlicensed images, pirated materials).
Fraud, misrepresentation of qualifications, or attempts to bypass platform fees.
Data scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
Off-platform steering if prohibited by the plan or context (respect plan rules).
Payment or payout abuse, money laundering, or sanctions violations.

Provide accurate qualifications, insurance (where required), and lawful services.
Maintain safe environments and appropriate supervision.
Honour published policies (cancellations, refunds) and consumer protection laws.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations. Illegal content may be reported to authorities.
